Bees Sauna is a travelling sauna tent, designed and made in Sweden. It can be popped up and popped down with very little effort. It supports hot and cold therapy. A wood-fired stove powers Bees and can heat the sauna tent to over 100 degrees, regardless of the temperature outdoors.

I am based in Fife, and I can come to you. All I need is flat ground. You can choose to be next to a body of water, such as a sea, loch, or river, or I can bring my cold plunge to your garden. I would need access to a water source to fill the plunge pod.

Bees can seat 8-10 people at once.

No! You can have it for longer, especially if there are more than 10 people. I charge by the hour.

Saunas are amazing, but they do come with risks. If you have any medical conditions or health concerns, it’s always best to check in with a healthcare professional before booking. You can also read our [terms and conditions] for more info. You do enter the sauna at your own risk.

This one’s for my B.
Brutus was my adventure buddy, my soul mate, my first dog, and the reason I fell in love with adventuring. Waking up in new places, finding hidden swim spots, and being surrounded by nature—that was our thing. He made me realise I wanted to spend as much time outdoors as possible, embracing the elements, living simply, and fully.
He’s no longer here to see this dream come to life, but he’s in every part of it. That’s why I’ve named the sauna after him—B, as I so often called him. -
You don’t have to do anything you’re not comfortable with. Stepping outside the sauna will still cool you down. You use the water or cold plunge at your own risk. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you can withstand exposure to these cold temperatures.

Right now, Bees is focussing on private hires. If we are invited to a beach, river, or loch, I might open up some public sessions. Keep an eye on Instagram for up-to-date info or sign up for our newsletter. Public seats will be £15 per hour.

The heat of the sauna kills most bacteria and between sessions, the benches are cleaned with anti-bacterial spray. The wood and fabric are swept and cleaned between each booking.
